Acceptance
Any reasonable means of
acceptance under the circumstances is permissible.
Promise to ship or prompt
shipment is acceptance.
§ Shipment of
non-conforming goods is both an acceptance and a breach unless goods sent as an
“accommodation” to buyer (UCC2-206).
